Fitment & Compatibility

How do I know if a guard fits my machine?
Each product page lists compatible brands, models, and years. If you’re unsure, contact us with your machine brand/model/year and we’ll confirm fitment before you order.
Do you support additional brands besides what’s listed?
We’re expanding quickly. If your brand/model isn’t listed yet, reach out — we may have a fitment in development or be able to prioritize it.
Can you make a custom kit for my application?
Some applications can be supported through custom packages. Send us photos of your machine and your use-case (forestry, demolition, land clearing, etc.) and we’ll advise next steps.

Installation

Is installation DIY-friendly?
Yes. Most guards are bolt-on with no to minimal machine modifications and can be installed with standard tools. Product pages include the recommended tools and typical install time.
Do I need to drill or modify my machine?
In most cases, no. Our guards are designed to mount using existing hardware points. If a product requires any modification, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
Where can I find install guides?
Install guides and spec sheets are available on product pages. If you need a guide emailed to you, contact support.

Orders & Pricing

Do you offer package pricing?
Yes. Protection packages combine multiple guards at a better value than purchasing individually. Look for “Protection Package” listings under your brand.
Can I change or cancel my order?
While we cannot guarantee it, iff your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update or cancel it. Contact support ASAP with your order number.
Do you offer financing?
Financing options may be available at checkout depending on your location and order total.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Tracking info is emailed once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available for select regions. Contact us with your address for a quote.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll make it right.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
Unused, uninstalled products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping & 20% restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to our error.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes. Fortress Equipment products are backed by a 3 manufacturing defects warranty. If you have an issue, contact us with your order number and photos for next steps.
What if I ordered the wrong fitment?
If the product is unused/uninstalled, we can help exchange it for the correct model-fit. Contact us and we’ll guide you through the fastest option. 20% restocking fee may apply.

Dealers

How do I become a Fortress Equipment dealer?
Reach out to our sales team at sales@fortressequip.com with your name and dealer information for next steps. Once approved, we will assist you in creating a dealer account.
What are the benefits of being a dealer?
Dealers receive bulk and tiered pricing, direct access to our sales team, marketing resources, and early access to upcoming equipment drops.
